While Uncle Daniel was in town he introduced us to the art of Geo-caching. We found some cache sites in our neighborhood and went treasure hunting.
This box was found under the bridge Edwin crosses every day for work. We have been here a year and walked over this little treasure hundreds of times and never knew there was some loot to gather. The girls enjoyed the find.
We also drove to a nearby Amish Community and found a few sites to dig into. It was nice to have an excuse to get out of the car while we were driving along. We were all curious to see what people left behind for us to collect and we decided to contribute Idaho potato pins to the boxes. Now, I am on a hunt to find all sorts of little things to contribute to our new little hobby. Since we have captured the treasure hunting spirit, we may soon be owners of a GPS.
